Self-driving trucks are showing to provide faster reaction times, see a broader field-of-view and have the ability to see through inclement weather better in order to avoid obstacles and drive safer on the road. The technology is not readily available for trucking companies yet but is working towards improving the technology to have it road-worthy soon.
